It appears he is not the "Willie Lee Bethune" judge mentioned above- (Thats why we have to check these things 100%)- but is instead the "Willie Lee Bethune" that has the background in mental health. Now that we know Bethune’s background is in mental health, it would appear he is in fact the same Bethune mentioned in the previous link in the Pee-Dee mental health lawsuit.
