I just wonder if I have enough yrs left to see the result of fighting the good fight - phew! Seems to be taking a LONG time!
It's a fight that never ends, that's what people have forgotten. As long as there are human beings on this earth there will be selfish, dangerous men and powerful nations trying to steal your freedom to subject you to themselves. They will steal your prosperity to make it their own. Often "they" are in our own country, that's why the Founders gave us the 2nd Amendment rights, and it's why Thomas Jefferson declared, (paraphrase), "governments tend to get corrupt every 20 years".
