Exactly HOW can he block healthcare when they can use reconciliation?
You're right--Scott Brown can't block healthcare reform that is passed through reconciliation. But it is still a victory for Republicans that the disgraceful and politically suicidal tactic of reconciliation is the only way for the Democrats to cram this through.
