According to the Constitution, no... not unless you can [legally] prove that such an action would be giving aid and comfort to our enemies.

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

QUITE arguably though, it would be adhering to our enemies.
