Todd and I would like to offer our condolences to the Haig family on the passing of former Secretary of State Alexander Haig. In addition to being a decorated veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars, Secretary Haigs service to our country spans many past administrations. He served America honorably as a four star general and a distinguished statesman. Our hearts go out to his family as we join them in mourning the loss of this patriot.

Haig spent the remainder of his life defending just about everything he ever did and said. I would not have been willing to argue with him. RIP, General.
Excellent Summation

Interestingly, I saw Haig in Korea on one of the History shows a week or so back. If I remember right, and I may not, he was in combat. Also a handsome rascal when he was young.
Thanks for posting VR. Haig was a patriot and Sarah knows it.
Takes one to know one.
