And so is the state Attorney General who could subpoena Obama’s birth certificate if he wanted to. His name is Mark Bennett.

I don't think a Governor can override federal privacy laws.
The way to forced the issue is to get 1 state legislature to require adequate documentation of eligibility to be on the ballot!
Now I am agnostic as to where Obama was born, if I had to put a number on it I am 55/45 Hawaii/foreign birth.
However he is hiding something I we need to know what it is!
Its tragic that a majority of the electorate didn't care enough about their country to keep this blank slate out of office.
