Tax protests were involved in the hard feelings between the colonials and the Motherland. But it was when they came for the colonists guns that the war started.
Coincidently that was on the same day as the Waco Wienie Roast, April 19th. I happened to be in Boston that day in '93, and after watching the Waco Compond burn and explode on TV, I went to Lexington Green and Concord's Old North Bridge. Did a heap of thinking too.
