I am speaking as a lawyer here, so don't start calling me an Obot. People pay my firm lots of money for my opinion of what the courts will do; nobody cares about my opinion of what the courts should do.
Having said all that, I think that (assuming Obama was born in Hawaii) the NBC issue is a non-starter.
Obama made no secret of the fact that his father was a Kenyan. Despite that fact being widely known, no one challenged his right to run-- not one of his primary opponents, not McCain or Palin in the general election, not one member of the electoral college, not one member of Congress when the electoral votes were counted, not Vice President Cheney when he certified the electoral vote, not Chief Justice Roberts when he swore him in. During the whole primary and general election campaign, not one judge or law professor wrote a law review article or even an op-ed piece suggesting that Obama wasn't eligible-- not even conservative legal scholars like Ken Starr or Robert Bork.
Given those facts, I think there is zero chance that any court would find that Obama isn't a NBC (again, assuming he was born in Hawaii).

Even if it turns out that he wasn't born in the States, wouldn't it still come down to the NBC issue.
I just know they would argue it doesn't matter because his mom was a citizen, therefore he meets the requirements.
There is a lot of rulings and historical evidence to back up the definition of NBC, being born of two citizen parents.
I really hate to see our Country and Constitution being torn to shreds like this by this commie.

I disagree. Philip Berg, former AG in PA, tried to have the DNC vet Obama prior to the convention, and they turned a deaf ear to him. He also tried up to the Inauguration, and no one would listen to him, Orly or Keyes. They would insist it was too late, or too early, or any other type of obfuscation.
Hannity, during the campain, tried his best to expose 0bama and his radical history, yet, no soap. I truly feel that it is now too late to expose 0bama for the fraud he truly is. The window of oppourtunity has passed. (only about the BC issue) I also think that even if some states now pass laws that require “vetting”, these laws will not apply to 0bama, because, well, he was vetted in the 2009 campain now hasn’t he?
Now, here are a few thought of mine reguarding the question, “Why have all the courts tossed out challenges to 0bama and the BC issue?” and why the courts will never touch this case.
1. He was vetted during the campain. (so the left says)
2. He has been elected. Good or bad. Admitting to failure of the vetting now, will put the entire court system in chaos. The people will distrust the courts.
3. To avert massive revolt and perhaps riots throughout the country. Courts are “protecting” the country. Well, so says the left.
Finally: I truly believe 0bama is a scam artist and is hiding deep, dark secrets that, if exposed, would destroy his political career. I also believe, that if his father was in fact 0bama Sr., then boyBarry would have dual citizenship and thus be unqualified and not a NBC.
I hate how 0bama is destroying MY country. Hour by hour, day by day, week by week, and now, Year by year. I think the only chance we have of saving OUR country is to impeach the “talking head and his tele-promter”.
I hope what Cheny said at the CPAC comes true. “0bama will be a one-term President...”.
May God guide us through these 0bama times.
