Here, in my own words, is some more information from the article.
As well as the entertainment and refreshments the TPX will give away a FREE trip for two to the Tea Pary Express III Mega Rally in Searchlight, NV, where Sarah Palin will be the main speaker!

“Just Vote Them Out” would include people like Michelle Bachman as a target.
Blanket vote everyone out campaigns are not effective in moving politicians to the right, because it doesn’t reward politicians for being conservative. It punishes everyone, the good conservatives and bad progressives.

Mating Dance Begins Between Tea Partiers, Traditional CPAC Stars
FOXNews.com
Thursday's premiere conference of big-name Republicans and conservative activists will include a new group of attendees separate from the Washington establishment yet equally frustrated with the party in power: Tea Partiers.
*snip*
Unlike CPAC's traditional attendees, Tea Party members consider themselves separate from inside-the-beltway politics...
*snip*
the bulk of tea partiers appears to trend conservative and they insist they don't want to become their own political party.
Their success has pushed Republicans to adopt their approach.

The "Tea Party Express" is expected to barnstorm from state to state on a national tour, beginning March 27 and ending April 15, to host a series of rallies in dozens of U.S. cities.
they should stay away from GOProud and the pro-Islam Grover Norquist
The slogan Just Vote Them Out does not include voting out all incumbents.
That's another faction altogether.
This org supports good conservative incumbents.
Don't read into the slogan a message that isn't part of the TPX mission.
Thanks
I think even the most anti-incumbent among us can draw that distinction. Bachmann is a heroine to the partiers.
True, I was responding to those that misunderstood the message.
Bachmann rocks big time!
Which ones?
I don’t feel like reading that long article
I have heard some chatter that Malkin is negative about CPAC
Is that true?
There is little CONSERVATIVE about cpac these days... beyond the rhetoric and lies while liberals play at being CONSERVATIVE.

Thanks for the bump!
Sure... my problem is not with you or the Tea Party. Heck... the Tea Party rocks.

It has occurred to me that some of the people in the Tea Party Movement are people who have NEVER devoted one dollar or one minute of time to get involved in their local GOP to help good conservatives get on the ballot and win. While some of us are out working in my state to get nominating petitions signed to get candidates on the ballot, others are content to beat their chest and scream “throw the bums out”, often without knowing anything about the candidates.
Now, notice I said “some” Tea Partiers (my wife and I have attended TEA Parties too). Most have sense enough to know that you need to work within the framework that is already set up.
My thoughts exactly when I saw the highly dissonant name of Grover Norquist on that list. (Although lots of the other names I didn’t recognize at all.)
