I’d say there’s a bit of a difference between a large scale,well-organized,and well-funded army of savages hell-bent on forcing their radicalized agenda throughout the world through violent means, and the lone nut,(Like James Andrew Stack or Amy Bishop)that,sadly,will always slip through one way or another.

I can only guess that your cries of “racism” are deafening whenever a 20-something middle-eastern male from a country that’s known as a hot-spot for terrorism is frisked for an extra 10 seconds.

Actually, my house is around three miles from where Stack crashed his plane into that building and from my office I could see the smoke. And, I am only around 70 miles from Ft. Hood. And I see both events as acts of Terrorism and do not look to the race or religion of a person who commits such a violent act before I determine if it was a terrorist act.

And I am sure the family of the man that was killed and the people that were injured do not feel any better now that they fell victim to a white terrorist as opposed to an Arab terrorist.

....and are you really suggesting closer inspection of mid-eastern men in their 20's that come from areas that are known hot-spots for terrorists is a waste of effort because there are lone nuts out there,(that come in all shapes,sizes,and colors),who,unfortunately,will always slip through the cracks on occasion?

And what exactly is your plan for defending against some nut that just wakes up and snaps one day?

At least with the Islamic terrorists we have some idea of what to look for.

I have never been opposed to national and ethnic profiling for terrorism. And with that, profiling needs to be expanded to include all such groups who have committed acts of terrorism upon Americans.
