So then the individual states which created the government could solve the entire issue by expelling Nevada and California against their will? Do away with Reid and Pelosi in one fell swoop?
Nowhere have I said any such thing! What I said, and will continue to say, is that the states created the federal government and have the right, and indeed the obligation, to determine for themselves whether or not the acts of the Obama, Reid, Pelosi triumvarant are constitutional!
You've said it time and again. You're claim you're against the government telling states what to do, except when you want the government to step in and do that very thing as in Kelo v New London. You say no powers are implied, except the implied power that allows for organizations like NASA and the Air Force to exist. You say that the 10th Amendment says that all powers not delegated to the U.S. or denied to the states by the Constitution are reserved to the states, but cannot point out where the power for the states to expel another state is denied them. You say that states are sovereign, except when they want to leave. Then they can repudiate obligations and steal whatever community property they can get their hands on and there is nothing the other states can do about it. If that is not an Orwellian 'all states are equal but some are more equal than others' view of the situation then I don't know what is. So see? You're a walking, talking mass of contradictions. Depends on how you feel at any given moment.
