I have heard that in Chicago, they send the "votes" in by fax which are necessary to elect the rats.

This fraud has been around for a long time if it is true.

Alas, many Republican leaders are more interested in getting crumbs from Democrats than in fighting voter fraud. We never had a Reagan revolution in Illinois.
