Those kooky libertarians and their talk about “property rights”, “natural rights”, “liberty”, “freedom”, “shrinking government” and other crazy ideas! They don’t belong in the GOP!
Feel free to elect any you want in your elections.

Most of us conservatives are definitely for smaller government, liberty and freedom, but we balk at some of the other Libertarian planks, such as isolationism.
The Libertarians don't hold a patent on smaller government, liberty and freedom. They just think they do. To hear most Libertarians talk, you'd think they had invented those principles.
There are some good conservative candidates out there (unfortunately, not on the Texas gubernatorial ticket this year). We don't need to vote for moonbats while we're working to find better candidates.
I hope people like Ted Poe and John Culberson might consider running on the next go-round. But in the meantime, I am not voting for an unqualified Paulbot.
