“Follow the money.” It is always the case. For decades there has been an enormous amount of grant and research money for the research of global warming and later on for obvious reasons, “climate change.” As a researcher or grant writer it was plain to see that if you were not writing reports favorable to the already stated conclusion, namely that the planet is getting warmer, you were not going to be getting future grants. So it is always about the money and your future in the field. Dissenters were marginalized and disparaged as shills for oil companies and their careers were put in jeopardy.
These are dangerous people the proponents of global warming. This is the new Socialism.
