Read it again. There is no mention of any jurisdiction whatsoever. There is only the straight forward recognition that British law governs British citizenship. Not American citizenship... British citizenship. Britain can give its citizenship to anybody it wants. Even Obama. Even you.

Now... how can anybody be "first" a British citizen when both citizenships are established at the moment of birth? That would be a neat trick. Both citizenships are in place at exactly the same time... the only issue is which is which.

Obama's British citizenship is "jus sanguinis." It is statutory via the British Nationality Act.

Obama's American citizenship is jus soli. It is natural born citizenship because he was born on American soil, under the protection (i.e. "subject to the jurisdiction) of the American government for which he owes his allegiance from birth.

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

LMAO

I just re-read your post.

Your whole argument rests on the singular idea that you can be a dual citizen and be president of the united States.

Nope, you can’t. This is EVERYTHING the founders wanted to prevent.

A Natural Born Citizen holds ONLY the citizenship of the United States. A Native Born Citizen was born here, but may have an alien parent. The two are NOT the same and never have been.

I feel completely free to ignore literally every thing you post in the future now. You have nothing of any value or content to say.
