Disturbed by Beck, O'Reilly and Breitbart

On the issue of constitutional eligibility, we are embarrassed that these smart men, whom we admire, are either unwilling or too arrogant to look closely at these serious issues. Instead they attack others for having the audacity to ask questions – questions they normally would ask if they had their facts correct.

We are big fans of Glenn Beck on Fox News; we DVR his show every day. We have been following the career of Andrew Breitbart since his news website began being linked by Matt Drudge years ago. Bill O'Reilly is an institution on Fox News, and we both have appeared on "The Factor." We appreciate the frank and lively discussions that usually grace his show.

Beck excoriated Medina on the Radio because she refused to disavow 911 truthers.

Nothing else matters to Beck.

The only way the BC issue will be used to oust Obama is if the hard left grow tired of him and he gets off his leash, then expect the MSM to go wild with it. They probably hold far more evidence than we have ever known about. Their goal will be to replace a old worn out leftist with another fresh leftist that is loyal to them.

I know it sucks, but the truth of the matter sometimes does.

I too have been disappointed for some time that Rush, Hannity, O’Reilly and Beck have not more seriously pursued the ineligibility of Obama. I believe that maybe they do not want to be associated with what they believe to be a fringe issue. It is at best highly suspicious that Obama refuses to disclose any documentation of his past life. I believe his natural born citizenship is an absolutely critical matter because if Obama shouldn’t be President then all these problems he’s caused are unnecesary and were avoidable.
Does the fact that a Saudi prince owns part of FNC have anything to do with it?

Birtherism is just a distraction. A way for commie libs to divide us. An issue which has no end, no “proof” to satisfy any side. It is pointless and a waste of time.

Oh come off it, folks --- these people are NOT journalists, they aren't even "newsreaders" --- they simply are examples of the Cult of Celebrity in modernday America.

WHO cares what Glenn Beck thinks or says, he's absolutely ridiculous, and lost whatever credibility he had during his stupid JEALOUSY-induced commentary about Senator Scott Brown and the Brown Daughters.

Breibart? Huh? Some EX-employee of the Drudge Report who chortles off sexist remarks in front of Governor Palin AND her young daughter? WHO cares what some ex-Net Newssite employee thinks??

O'REILLY??? That ridiculous megalomaniac blowhard narcissist???? Yet another sexist creep, this one who talks dirty to his staff???

Next I'm goona read that I should care what CReeeep-0 David Letterman thinks/says/breathes, etc.

Does anyone here seriously care what these OPRAH-wannabees think/say/do/emote????

FTA: ...over 40 percent of the births in Hawaii that year (1961) took place at home.

I did no know that before. As for the rest of the article, I agree with all she has stated. There are many questions, and none have been answered.

I’m not from Texas, but I thought Medina sounded reasonable and was worth a closer look.

Beck was dismissive on a single issue.

I give Breitbart a break on this. He just made the point that the birther issue is probably not good politics. That is arguable. OTOH, O’Reilly and Beck are just dead wrong.

My problem with the whole citizenship movement - is that it strikes me as a diversion from our strongest case against Obama - which is - he is a socialist/marxist, American hating, arrogant liar who is hell bent on destroying the American Idea of freedom and limited government.

Isn’t that enough to get rid of him in 2012 - which would be quicker than a court case?

Am I wrong on this?

Since everyone says the birth certificate is a “waste of time,” go after everything else. He has every single record under lock and key. Its a legitimize argument. He has records hidden that anyone running for presidents normally releases.

Why are his other hidden records not talked about?? Why is that also off limits? All we need is just one or two records released and his finished.

Oh, there is PROOF. It’s just that with the state of Hawaii being 90% left wing liberals, we are never going to see the proof. If they refuse to release the records, how in hell can you say there is no proof?

“over 40 percent of the births in Hawaii that year (1961) took place at home.

I did no know that before. “

That’s because it’s flagrantly false. In 1961, 99.3% of nonwhite births in Hawaii were born in hospitals, with physicians attending. [p. I-31 in http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/vsus/vsus_1961_1.pdf]. There were 12,198 non-white births in Hawaii that year [p. 2-14, same source], so this would mean a grand total of 85 such non-hospital births.

This obviously doesn’t mean that Obama could not have been one of them, but the credibility of those claiming Obama is not a citizen is seriously undercut every time they toss out an absurd statistic whose falsity can be so easily verified. I’ve seen elsewhere that only 14 non-hospital births were recorded in Honolulu that year: I can’t vouch for the exact accuracy of this figure, but it is certainly consistent with the 85 statewide total figure, as I’m guessing the lion’s share of non-hospital births would have occurred in more remote areas where getting to the hospital was more difficult.

I am from Texas, and personally I don't want any person in office, via my support, that even remotely believes there are "un-answered" questions if or not the US Government was involved in the murdering of 3000 people on 911.

I listened to the interview and Mrs. Medina equivocated more than once. Too RonPaulian for my taste, but perhaps that is just me!

And not to ruin anyone’s day, but that's why the media figures you excoriate don't take this seriously. On one hand, they see a pretty straight forward story explaining Obama’s birth. On the other hand, they see a group of people not investigating anything, but starting from the proposition that Obama simply can't be President and straining desperately to craft that case, which is why so many known false "factoids" keep circulating in these threads.

Thank you for the correction. It sounded odd to me, although the rest of that article rings true, from what I have read.
