If Deval bails and the doughboy Murray is the Dem candidate, throw Jill Stein in the mix, Baker is weak, Cahill could have a chance. Christy Mihos was my pick but he’s become completly unhinged recently.
There’a at least one way not to pay tolls.
From MA to DC:
I84 to I380 to I81 to I66
You avoid: NYC, NJ, DE.
I take the above route and then go US17 to I95, just north of Richmond down to FL. And the return trip has only one toll in Fishkill, NY (I avoid the Pike to get to I84 in MA, I use US20).
I little out of the way, but what you miss in traffic and tolls is worth it IMO.

YES! Mihos is out to lunch. Howie is SO against illegals, yet he likes Baker. The Herald ran a story or two back in ~August about Baker doanting money to illegal “rights” groups.
Add in Baker’s involvement with the MA heathcare BS and he’s a non-stater.

It used to take me 8 hours to hitch-hike between DC and Norwood. Now it's a push to drive it in 10 hours.
But it's cool to fly through the tolls on the Garden State Parkway with a transponder. And occasionally I'll drive the last hundred miles on US 40, for old times sake.

I made it from Worcester to Port Orange FL in 20 hours driving time using the route I laid out.
