Less than a day after the state-run media engaged in a campaign of mockery against Sarah Palin for using 'palm-notes' during her appearance at the National Tea Party Convention, the White House has now joined in the Palin-mockery.
According to breaking news from Breitbart:
"Even the White House's top spokesman is getting in on the act of mocking former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin for looking to talking points written on her palm during a speech to "tea party" activists.
Robert Gibbs showed the words "hope" and "change" on his hand as he started his daily briefing with reporters on Tuesday.
Many in the room, where President Barack Obama had spoken just moments before about the need for bipartisanship, groaned at the political shot."

Once again the White House goes after a private citizen. There’s something wrong about it.
These jackasses can’t seem to remember that THEY are the ones running the government right now. What a bunch of loser adolescents.
Did reporters groan or laugh, ive heard both???
Glad to see the Obama administration is serious about its call for “bi-partisonship” /sarc
When the White house mocks Palin, they mock me. And they’re too stupid to realize that.
Consider the source. One of the dumbest human beings in the universe, Robert Gibbs. I can assure you, folks, the American people and Ms. Palin will have the last laugh!!!
Did Palin write the words on her hand to deliberately distract the press? Every minute the usual suspects spend on this is a moment not spent on their agenda. Part of the subliminal message is how Sarah used a simple technique... think common man ... and the topic endlessly points back to TOTUS & the Educated Class & how different DC is from us.
To draw the Elites mockery for being simple: priceless! To equate a bit of ink to the ubiquitous teleprompter... as if this is hypocrisy... what would I rather be attacked for this is nonsense! They cannot help themselves.... my only questions is did anyone figure this out in advance, or was it luck? I think she was deliberately mocking the teleprompter.
Considering that she walked to and from the podium with her paper notes in plain view, the scribbling on her hand was obviously for something different.
Who is stupid?
As people search for ealier hand notes... and find none.. it dawns on them... the simplton just ate their lunch.
So, the spokesman for the most powerful leader on the planet has nothing better to do than think up a way to mock a private citizen.
What a puerile thing for a White House Press Secretary to do.
“And your screen name came from where?”
What does my screen name have to do with anything?
This comes from the spokesman for a jerk that uses two teleprompters to speak to a 6th grade class.
John Mitchell said, "What what we do, not what we say." I think most of us saw through Obama's claims to bipartisanship and wanting to improve the tone in Washington already when he was a candidate.
I have no problem with this, like the old saying goes, as long as they spell P-A-L-I-N right...
She ought to just keep them guessing. Next time, show up with note cards, then post-its, then consult her blackberry - or maybe just look from side to side and ask “WHO STOLE MY TELEPROMPTER?”
They just don’t know when to stop do they?
That is really showing how classy this administration really is. They are all a bunch of policial hacks who don’t know how to stop campaigning.
WILL A GROWN UP PLEASE PICK UP THE RED PHONE?!
Laugh it up funny boy,,, we gonna shove it right up your wazzoo in november.
