Even a Democratic Strategist who was just on Fox News(I could not believe that she actually worked for the John Kerry campaign since she actually seems like a nice woman) said that Sarah countered back on the supposed hand-gate scandal perfectly by writing HI MOM on her hand yesterday. Shows that she has a sense of humor and doesn’t give a flying hoot about what the left thinks of her

Yes, Reagan certainly did. I remember a smart-assed question posed to Reagan from Sam Donnelson. It went something like this ... I’ll paraphrase ... “Mr. President, with all of the economic woes this nation is facing shouldn’t you, personally, share some of that blame?” Reagan paused and said, “Yes. Because for many years I was a Democrat.”
