OK, here is a true story. We’ve got neighbors who were big Obama fans. The son is friends with my kids, and he was giving us grief about Obama right before the election, whe it was clear Obama was going to win.
Anyway, he’s over today during the blackout, and they are having some argument, and the kids are all yeliing “Corpsman Down” (something about a video game). I yell “I’ts “Corpse-Man”. The kid says why do you say that, and I say “That’s how Obama pronounces it, so it must be true.
And he says “Why would you listen to anything Obama says — he’s a retard”.
But he says Pakistan all “cool” like PAH-Key-STAHN. He must be right about corpsman. /s
