Hosepipe you've got a lot of rhetoric there but one big problem. The preamble of the Constitution, which reads: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The people or the Democracy is government with the political orientation of those who favor government by the people or by their elected representatives. I understand what you're attempt to say but your argument is flawed. Here's a subtlety for you; by the words "we the people" Demacracy is implicitly written into the constitution. (however with restraints) You know what the founders feared more than mob rule? Rule by Oligarchy, Monarchy and Theocracy

All of them including any Democracy are MOB RULE..
A Banana Republic is also a democracy(central gov't) which equals MOB RULE too..

About the ONLY gov't ever invented is the gov't invented by Americas founders.. this unique republic.. Thats why it is so successful..

The only way to defeat America is to make the States mere provinces like in Canada.. with a prevailing central government.. You know, A DEMOCRACY..
