If you are going to make a list, then it would be helpful to separate them out into three categories (at least I would think so). Two of them, some might include together, but I would separate them into three groupings.
One I would put down as successful (i.e., “accomplished” and “completed” terrorist attacks). Then, two, it would be attempted attacks, but prevented before completion and/or before even starting them (person was apprehended or arrested before anything happened).
And then, three, I would put down the questionable ones where it was apparently a probing for intel or questionable activities were happening and/or someone was questioned and then let go.
Anyway, I think those would be three useful categories for people to use so they could quickly go down any one of those three categories and cross-reference them for any possible details that might emerge from that comparison.
As a side note here, you’re going to find, very easily, lists of the completed or accomplished terrorist attacks. Those are available already. It would be good to have links to them, though. But, what is less likely to be categorized and listed and see “in the whole” would be the latter two lists. Those would be much more useful to compile than the “accomplished terror attacks” (but use links to that list, though).
