Wrong question.
For most Democratic VP’s, a pulse and respiration is only required. For Palin, (as President) she should choose a good CEO from the private sector who can work well with Wall Street and the banking sector/insurance industry.
Palin is far more qualified than the current occupant of the White House and I am certain would not need a teleprompter to address school kids. Palin also has a birth certificate.
