He seems to only want to be part of speech-giving and the ceremonial functions of the office. I don't think he's handling the conflict between what he wants to do, what is forced upon him, and the way things aren't working the way he thought they would.

The next time he makes noises about being tired or needing to get away from Washington, I think it's time to publicly encourage him to resign so he can go to Hawaii and vacation permanently. Biden's no prize, but I think he would embarrass us less.
