I don't think less of her as a person but I am extremely disappointed.
I am hoping against hope that there is not more to this move than simply loyalty to McLame, though he has not always been in the forefront and vocal in defending her when his former advisers where tearing her a new one.
If we were to learn that there was any type of quid pro quo for her campaigning for him, it would drive a wedge between her and her supporters from which I doubt she could recover.
Meanwhile, I'll reserved judgment and let's wait and see how this plays out, especially in light of J.D's announcement yesterday, which could have some impact!
I think disappointment is the key word for most of us. JD hasn’t officially thrown his hat into the ring. Also, he was known to be a pork king while in Congress.
But, this doesn’t diminish my support for Sarah. When, and if she runs, she’ll run on her conservative values. Having said that, she may have to choose a RINO on the ticket in order to win the NE. None of those states will ever vote for a strict conservative Republican, but, might if a moderate were on the ticket. It didn’t help McCain, of course, but, that was for other reasons.
