First off, unlike DeDe, Scott Brown never won the Margaret Sanger Award. I’m not about to rehash DeDe, let it suffice to say that she was supported by ACORN and also in favor of cap&tax, and Scott is NOT.

SCOTT BROWN IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS IN MASSACHUSETTS !!!

PRAYERS FOR SCOTT TO WIN.

I read this article earlier and the methodolgy is screwy. Dede was clearly a liberal republican both fiscally and socially and she also never campaigned as a conservative promising to oppose Obamacare.

See 29, the lib professor at the source is misrepresenting the State Legislature chart to be the individual candidate’s positions.

IT WAS SAID ON ANOTHER POST:

RINO’S IN BLUE STATES (OR DISTRICTS)
CONSERVATIVES IN RED STATES (DISTRICTS)

THE SAD THING IS THERE ARE LIBERALS IN RED STATES (DISTRICTS)- A LOT. THAT SHOULD GET FOLKS MORE WORKED UP.

there are a few stark differences ... first, there is no true conservative in the race at this point, the time for that option has expired; second, Coakley is an absolute horror-show of a person; third, the stakes are absolutely critical as the 60th Senate vote is at stake.

RE: Where did you find this tripe?

It was referred to in the relatively conservative Political blog page : POWERLINE.

See here :

The conservative, National Review also refers to this article here :

Oh, you single issue voters are all alike. ;-)

He sounds like a straight ‘shooter’ to boot.

This is fairly obvious. A Brown win is a major loss for both Obama and his Democratic minions. It will truly be the shot heard round the world.

Some Freepers really need to stop. Read from beginning to end. THEN comment.

Sheesh.

Although in my case I would say it’s not that I’ve suddenly embraced the concept of liberals being okay so long as they are conservative for their area, but I want that bill dead. His election works toward that aim.

I will accept the conckusion this proves conservatives aren’t irrational purists.

Assistant Professor, Harris School at the University of Chicago

I was wondering the same thing.

All roads lead to Chicago, it seems.

Coincidence?

That professor is funny, and pretty misleading in his research as well. Funny, in another article he argues that Obama isn’t that Liberal.

'He's against health care....against higher taxes......if you are looking for purity Seek, then you are going to have to die and go to heaven. WE WILL NEVER have complete purity in a candidate. Do you think our jobs will be over when an election is over? NO WAY....these people.....from both parties are going to have to be watched with a 'Hawks' eye.......and that is if we can even salvage the U.S.A. The days of blindly trusting candidates ARE OVER.

Because if he wins, he'll be caucusing regularly with the Republicans....and a lot of it will rub off on him....especially if some of the good conservative GOP senators take him by the hand and mentor him along.

On the other hand, if the Jokely wins, she'll be caucusing regularly with the hounds of hell.....and their influence will only move her more to the left than she is now. She looks like an easily-swayed booby-bird.

She'd swoon if the dashing Harry Reid sent her a valentine.

The chart is completely misleading. The professor has an agenda, despite the fact that he concludes his "essay" by finding in favor of Scott.
