Incompetence is one thing, even innocent error, but DELIBERATE violation of the Constitution by those sworn to uphold and protect it, should result in severe civil and criminal penalty.
I hold that for travesties such as what has been going on... simply voting them out does little to resolve the problems.... they just send in replacements. These criminals need to be locked up, at the very least.
