ZULU-You and Fat not lazy may have something here. My suggestion is to turn it into a 50-year protectorate. Remove all females of child bearing age(and younger) and transfer them throughout the 25 french-speaking countries(including the US). We then turn it into a penal colony, emptying our jail cells. 50 years down the road we turn the country over to it’s rightful owners the Dominican Republic.
