I agree with you.
I was hoping she’d stay “above” TV, and thereby seem more presidential, IMHO.
Didn’t hurt Reagan.
I liked her going rouge. By appearing regularly on Fox, I affraid she’s going to pigion hole herself.
Hey, the liberals love the great Zero being on tv more than Larry King. And unfortunately he is president.
I think this move by Sarah is a very wise one. She keeps in the public eye. This will enfuriate all the liberals so she will be a constant source of talk on all the other channels and broadcast. She is able to speak directly to her base and to the Republicans through Fox.
Every successful politician in history has realized the importance of being constantly presented to the public. She will be doing that. Good move.
Those days of revving that perception are over, methinks.
We live in the MTV era, home of Short Attention Span Theater and the New York minute.
Print papers are dying off, and reading about yesterday's news and pontificating about it over a morning cup of coffee are things being relegated to the Fond Memories dust bin.
We just elected a president we don't know anything about (or at least didn't at the time of the election). We gave him a super-majority of his party in congress that ran on nebulous promises of "change" and "hope". Bread and circuses rule the consciousness of the masses now (thanks in no small part to our "educational establishment"), so keeping someone on the outside in the public eye at regularly close intervals makes sense for this potential candidate.
In spite of everything, she has a base, very dedicated, and it appears to be growing by the day.
This exposure can't possibly hurt her.
CA....
I don’t know. This could end up being like Reagan’s daily 2-minute news commentary between 1976-1979. I am still waiting to see what exactly she will be doing.
