Any ex-prisoner who has returned to the fight should be sweated for whatever information he has and summarily executed.

Gee, I guess that makes Gitmo the equivalent of our
service academies and war college.. better to just whack’em next time around.

My idea (from back when they first talked about releasing any on these bastards) of implanted tracking devices would come in handy right about now, dontcha think?

In fact, I think that we should tell them there are tracking devices hidden deep in thier brains even if we didn't put any there.

But, but, but, following their sensitivity training, they were all supposed to take up careers as social workers, ornamental horticulturalists, etc.

All The Major Leaders Of the Taliban Are Former Guantanamo Prisoners Who Have Been Released

Oh yeah, I can see that. Being at Gitmo is like "special training" for al-Qaeda... and has the benefits of being promoted fast up the ranks.

It is not the policy of releasing Gitmo prisoners itself that is the problem here. It is the executon.

There is nothing wrong with releasing prisoners a few miles out of Guantanamo Bay, as long as the waters have been properly chummed shortly before the release. Televise the event on PPV and Gitmo will pay for itself.

Who would have thought that Guantanamo would have been a finishing school.

GITMO's guests can't complain. They get a nice vacation at taxpayer expense before returning to the battlefield and being promoted up the ranks on the fast track.

Sure beats the heck out of getting "stationed" in DUh-bama's backyard of Chicago.
