I disagree. Dorgan and Dodd were key targets for the GOP. Now, especially with CT, Blumenthal is the clear front runner and the Rats likely retain that seat. You have to hand it to Obama, he’s forcing these weak candidates out early enough to give the Rats a real chance at keeping those seats.
