Ah. Finally. After thumbing through the photo archives at TV Week for more than half an hour, I managed to find one MSNBC/NBC/Universal exec who appears slightly ethnic (though still pretty white), "NBC Universal TV Networks Distributions’ Mary Murano," on the far left:
