Executive orders are not laws. They apply only to that particular administration...a different administration can rescind that order for their administration....Its not written in stone for administrations that follow...

I appreciate that and was aware of it...but it still needs to be repealed immediately. It IS unconstitutional, and I don't believe presidents are allowed to circumvent the constitution by fiat, even temporarily.

I don’t really know if there is any thing that can be done about executive orders....I believe (but may be wrong) that there has been no constitutional challenge to them...
