“While the politics are interesting, I love this book because of the good story and the strong world view and philosophy of this woman. The book answers some of my questions about how this woman grew to be such a larger-than-life figure. Coming from a conservative family, I’m impressed with her self-reliance, her determination to pay her own way, to contribute and to push through obstacles to achieve her goals.
“I’m also impressed with the way her family accommodates strong women with high-profile, high-demand jobs. Todd and the other Heath and Palin men are heroes for nurturing Sarah and for achieving and functioning so well while doing so. The book leads me to believe that this family knows what it means to be a team.”
