2010 rising karma: Palin, Perry, Romney, William Daley. Palin will be nominee.

History turns in a moment: Harper’s Ferry, Trafalgar, Dien Bien Phu. The Democrats may have seen such a moment with Sen. Ben Nelson this week in Nebraska, so it might be worth marking that page. At year’s end it is worth looking forward to what is likely to rise ahead. These four will be key: Sarah Palin, Rick Perry, Mitt Romney and William Daley.

Sarah Palin: She was seen from the very beginning as a rising star — a cultural awakener similar to Andrew Jackson — bringing a whole new cultural paradigm to the political process; a new heartland spirit of individualism and self reliance as per Emerson and Barry Goldwater. The widespread, deep and immediate hysteria in the MSM was a sure indication that she was a threat to the old temple and would be a vital new force in the rising century. This week the non-partisan Research 2000, which conducts research and focus groups, states simply, “Palin will be the 2012 GOP Nominee.”

I do not think she will run. I believe she is smarter than that. She enjoys her life, her family, her faith, and her home. She is intelligent enough to know that running, even with winning, will ruin all that. The only reason President Bush survived is he had experienced the down side to life before he was elected and so knew what would happen if he let the liberals and idiots get to him. She has had only a mere smidgen of the garbage that would be dumped on her, but enough to know she would not want more of it.

Do not get me wrong. Of those you named, I believe she is the most qualified and able. I also believe she is the most outstanding candidate we could present. People like her, and Reagan, and Truman only come along every 20-30 years. But I care enough for her to not want her to ruin her life for the eight years of turmoil.

She is smarter than not to run in 2012.

Nonsense.

"But I care enough for her to not want her to ruin her life for the eight years of turmoil"

Yeah right.
You care for her like Saddam "cared" for Bush.

She will run despite all the reasons not to ... because she has to.

Yeah right. You care for her like Saddam "cared" for Bush.

So did you contribute to her campaign? We did.

Did you vote for her? We did.

Do you like the great ZERO? It sounds to me like you want her to run so the status quo of the spineless Republicans will continue, i.e., no third party stuff, no ousting RINOs, having her run so all the vitriol of the liberals will be blasted at her and allow all those idiot RINOs be elected.

I think you are a leftist troll trying to convince the conservatives to waste their one valid candidate so people like McCain, Crist, etc., will be elected.

Did you vote for her? We did.”

Umm..who is this “we” you talking about, dude?
And what campaign you talking about?
She is yet to run for president. One can currently only contribute to her PAC.

It sounds to me like you want her to run so the status quo of the spineless Republicans will continue,”

Yeah?
is that why the status quo GOP hate her, have attacked her constantly, and the Tea Parties have invited her to address the Tea Party convention this year?

i.e., no third party stuff, no ousting RINOs, having her run so all the vitriol of the liberals will be blasted at her and allow all those idiot RINOs be elected”

Ummm..the “vitriol of the liberals” has already been “blasted at her” (to use your phrase) and all it lead to is that Sarah Palin is now jointly the most admired woman on the planet by Republicans and by independents, in addition to Sarah Palin currently running neck and neck with 0bozo amongst independents.

Some “liberal blasting”. They have failed woefully.

"I think you are a leftist troll trying to convince the conservatives to waste their one valid candidate so people like McCain, Crist, etc., will be elected'

Nice try. No can do.
Exactly what does Sarah Palin running for president in 2010 got to do with Crist running for US Senate in 2010?
Now why don't you tell us who Sarah Palin backed in the NY23 elections? Did she back the conservative candidate(after the RNCC had backed the ACORN candidate with $1 million) or not? You bet!
What more mindless rubbish ya got?

Interesting - in the “Repub” column, only conservative is Sarah and the rest are socialists or RINOs. No votes for other conservative women - Michelle Bachman? Michelle Malkin?

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of any of the named ones. As you can see the totals add to only 54% thus a lot of mentions not named.

Umm..who is this “we” you talking about, dude? And what campaign you talking about? She is yet to run for president. One can currently only contribute to her PAC.

My wife and I. And in case you missed it, she was a candidate in the 2008 Presidential race, as much as Joe Biden was or did you care back then?

is that why the status quo GOP hate her, have attacked her constantly, and the Tea Parties have invited her to address the Tea Party convention this year?

Do you ever listen to Rush Limbaugh? He has said and I agree that when you start to hear things about either the Tea Party or Sarah Palin in a positive fashion, be aware that it is probably the liberals trying to actually divide the Republican party in order to create chaos. I strongly believe that the attempts to promote Sarah Palin is just such a tactic. Make a mess of the primaries with infighting between the candidates. Just such a thing happened here in New Mexico when our two Republican Representatives destroyed each other in the primary for Senator Domenici's seat. The Democrats cheered them on.

And you believe Gallup? They are consistently chastised for manipulating the questions/responses to promote their agenda. I place them in the same category as the manipulators I listed above.

Exactly what does Sarah Palin running for president in 2010 got to do with Crist running for US Senate in 2010?

I can ask why are we talking about Sarah Palin running for president at all? She has not implied she is going to unlike most of the Republican wanabees. Crist is probably the third most noxious RINO around right now. And the whole underpinning of all these forums is people grasping at straws (such as Sarah Palin) to try to figure out how to get rid of these RINOs. Instead of praising someone who might run in three years, try praising your local candidates to replace the garbage that is in Washington and the state capitals.

Don't waste you time on trying to promote a possible election, work on the immediate ones, i.e., those in 2010.

And I do forgive you for trying to confuse the issue of how to get rid of these leeches we have in government.

McCain was the candidate. If McCain had won, he'd have had all the power, same as 0bozo has all the power and Joe Biden is just there to make up the numbers.

that when you start to hear things about either the Tea Party or Sarah Palin in a positive fashion, be aware that it is probably the liberals trying to actually divide the Republican party in order to create chaos.”

Nonsense.
Now why don't you show me where Rush Limbaugh said that?
I have heard Rush Limbaugh himself speak positively about Sarah Palin time and time again. Is he trying to split the Republican Party too by speaking positively about Sarah Palin?

I strongly believe that the attempts to promote Sarah Palin is just such a tactic.”

Exactly who is promoting Sarah Palin in the liberal media here?
They have constantly attacked her. They only reason they have never stopped attacking her is because they know she is the biggest threat to 0bozo in 2012.

Make a mess of the primaries with infighting between the candidates. “

“Make a mess of the primaries” huh??
Hey what planet you living on?
Primaries have always been fought hard. Were you on Pluto when 0bozo and Hilary Clinton had the really nasty fight in the Democratic Party primaries in 2008?
Did that stop 0bozo from clobbering McCain in the general elections? Nope.
Not to mention, Sarah Palin has so far refused to attack any of the potential rivals in 2012. Even when Huckabee had the guy that he pardoned, go and sluaghter 4 policemen, Sarah Palin still wouldn't attack Huckabee and still said she really liked the guy(even while condemning the pardon).

Sarah Plain: “I love him, and I feel bad for him to be in this position. But I feel even worse for the victims’ families in this situation.”

ROFL!
If anything Gallup tends to over count Democrats, not Republicans.
In addition of course we have had lots of other polls(From Fox, WSJ, Rasmussen) etc, which all show Sarah Palin’s numbers have risen strongly since her book came out, and she did her book tour.
You can be in denial all you want, it's not going to change he facts one bit.

I can ask why are we talking about Sarah Palin running for president at all?”

Umm.. I didn't write this article.
Furthermore, it was you that posted an anti-Palin screech in this thread before I answered you.

She has not implied she is going to unlike most of the Republican wanabees. “

She has said exactly the same thing as other potential canidates, which is” She is going to concentrate on the 2010 mid term elections, and that 2012 is too far away to to worry about right now. No one declares they will run, 3 years before the presidential elections.

Crist is probably the third most noxious RINO around right now. “

The Tea Parties are backing Rubio, and Rubio’s numbers have shot up since.

And the whole underpinning of all these forums is people grasping at straws (such as Sarah Palin) to try to figure out how to get rid of these RINOs. “/p>

Chortle!
You really haveta try harder than that.
Sarah Palin is one of the strongest conservatives in the Republican Party right now.

Instead of praising someone who might run in three years, try praising your local candidates to replace the garbage that is in Washington and the state capitals.”

Sarah Palin herself has made it clear she is going to campaign strongly for conservative Republican candidates in the 2010 elections.
