If you should stumble across a used Stevens model 311 snap it up. Absolute best value for the money; you will fall in love with it. Have a gunsmith check it out for you. You might try some of the auction sites.
I have a 311A 20Ga taken apart on my table as I type.......
It had a stuck firing pin (it’s 40+ years old, and has two notches in the stock.
The problem I’m having is putting it back together!
