The content of any version is irrelevant since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care. This is the point people need to ram down the throats of their politicians!

True, but meaningless when we wait for someone to do something about it.

-educate your families and friends with thoughtful compelling comments
-call your congress critters
-support conservative candidates

No one is going to save our country for us

That is EXACTLY right. ANY version of health care reform is unconstitutional. There is no authority to legislate my healthcare. That is the Real issue.
