Anyone calling known terrorists “alleged” like this is doing so because they treat this as a criminal (ie legal/court) act, NOT an act of war of an enemy combatant.
It’s because pussies like this want them tried in US courts, innocent until proven guilty. Can’t say they did it until they are convicted by a jury.
