I think this would be great since McCain rarely shows up in AZ, even to campaign, because no one of any import ever has challenged him.... I would love to see JD hold his feet to the fire.....

McCain is seeking a fifth term....

Come on J.D. and promote some term limits!

30 years in the Senate is NOT what the founders had in mind.

Any race that is close will result with a Democrat winning. The fix has been in for years and will remain for many years to come. You can bet on that. America has been taken over by the communists and short of a revolution it will not change.

Get rid of McPain. He's part of the problem. He's eager to compromise on principle. He doesn't get it. Because of people like, him, there is nothing left to compromise. McPain helped get us to the ridiculous situation we are in today. Fire him. Give him the boot!

I respect John McCain. I believe that however misguided he is, he actually wants good things for America. I also think it’s time for Mr. McCain to enjoy the rest of his life in retirement.

If you aren’t helping, you’re part of the problem.

McCain’s with us on most of the really important issues we are facing. With that in mind, I hate to see valuable resources which could be put to use in important races to get rid of key Democrats (Reid, McGaskill, Nelson, etc.) wasted in a primary fight between Hayworth and McCain. Resources are going to be scarce this time around because people have been hit with hard times. IMO, better to keep powder dry in primaries and save it for the generals.

Odds are long on the GOP taking back either house of Congress, but it’s of utmost importance to reduce Democrat’s 60 vote edge in the Senate.

I certainly hope McCain loses his senate seat, after the way he answered the little old lady who said she feared Obama. And McCain told her there was nothing to fear about Obama. McCain either was ignorant about Obama or was lying. Either way, he should have sympathized with the lady who had some common sense.

My Republican representative needs to lose her seat in congress also. I will certainly be voting against her. And I will be expressing my opinion of her to all I know.

I’ve got a C-note for Hayworth as soon as he announces — and I’m in Mass.

J.D. - if you run, you will get my support. We need a true conservative from Arizona! One who does not have the Rodney King attitude (”Can’t we all just get along?” Answer: NO!).

I've always wondered who in Arizona would ever vote for McCainiac. Now I think I've finally met one --- you! The fact is, that if Arizona doesn't get rid of this traitorous old RINO in the Primary, there's no getting rid of him in the finals. He voted with "his good friend" Fat Teddy more than he ever voted with Conservatives in the Senate. More times than I can count It has been McCain's "wrong" vote, that decided between good and evil.

The one and only thing he ever did that was great, was introduce us to Sarah, and I'll bet he really regrets having done that. Aside from the Illegals, whom he seems to love and represent, who votes for him? Now his big-mouthed Liberal daughter has illusions of grandeur, and it won't be long before she expects to follow in dad's footsteps. Poor Arizona. Here comes another evil dynasty.

Chris Simcox had a table at the last crossroads of the west gun show soliciting signatures for his run against mccain. Since JD hasn’t thrown his hat in the ring I signed Chris’s petition. The best thing for sen mccain would be to announce he intends to spend more time with his family, he has served his country long enough, he’s earned a rest.
