Nuclear plants are well-defended and harder to destroy than people think. They aren’t like the Death Star with a vulnerable “insert bomb here to blow up the whole thing” vent.
I’m more concerned with schools, malls, hospitals, and churches being accessible to these animals.
>>transfer them to a prison in a sleepy little Illinois town
>>The Mayor of this sleepy little hamlet
>>attract like-minded individuals to his sleepy little town
Wow. This town needs better mattresses or Ambien!
Gitmo’s not closing for another year....That’s strike 2 for Illinois (Chicago)
Our children in the public schools are the most vulnerable...
Illinois didn’t get the Olympics, but they get the terrorists. It’s a win-win.
Expect Quinn to approve given he’s a patsy, an idiot and a political hack. Requirements to be the governor of Illinois (either party), for the most part (Edgar and Ogilvie excluded), for the past 50 years.......
They’re stupid, they don’t give a rip or they’re in denial.
It’s a horrible idea anyway, but made worse with this revelation.
I live in the Quad Cities and we also have this little project known as the Rock Island Arsenal. A lot of stuff goes in and out of there relating to our efforts in the Middle East.
>>Our children in the public schools are the most vulnerable...
No. We’re all vulnerable because we can’t profile, or even act concerned when we see a suspicious person of color. Even after they attack, our government will bend over backwards to convince us that nothing happened.
A scary middle-eastern man walks into a mall or restaurant wearing a heavy coat and we can’t do anything until he screams “Allah ackbar!” and then it’s just too late.
He had best be darn fast, or he is going down.
Ha! I live in the Quad Cities too. Small world.
Scary one too.
Who would want to be out on the streets of Chicago when it is one of the most violent cities in the US. In fact being in prison might actually be safer. Now how is that for irony.
