Great! One of the issues that was resolved in Rifqa’s favor:
Bary’s parents don’t want her to receive Christmas cards, and had filed a motion that any third-party messages first go to Franklin County Children Services. Omar Tarazi, the family’s attorney, withdrew that motion today.

The next hearing is set for Jan. 19
