Not constitutional!

Congress cannot ammend the constitution, nor can they impose rules on the next congresses. Any change in the enactability, or revokability of acts of congress would require an ammendment to the constitution.

It doesn’t make logical sense. How can you pass something with 60 votes which then takes 67 votes to undo?

I know that they are challenging it, but can it even be considered legal?
So a new congress comes in and makes a new rule to say that everything that was done was wrong?

maybe the only way to repeal this will be to allow it to go through, then prove Obama is ineligible - it will not be a law because no presidential signing would have been appropriate.
