On Saturday, just before the Senate's middle of the Sunday night/Monday Morning vote on Obamacare , Rasmussen was reporting the Presidents approval index (the difference between those who strongly approve of the way he handles his job and those who strongly disprove) had made a slight comeback from its low of -19 and was resting at -14. Of course that was just before we learned that Ben Nelson changed from pro-Life to pro-Choice and Democrats had cloture.
In the three days since the Democrats attained the 60 needed for cloture the president's approval index dropped by 50%, today Rasmussen is reporting Obama is at a record -21. Forty-six percent of voters Strongly Disapprove of Obama and only 25% approve The -21 is lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for Obama. The 46% strong disapproval is also a record.

The Dems are living in a fantasy world if they think for a single second that this will help their or Obama’s poll numbers! No one likes thisand if they are crazy enough to pss what 60%+ of America hates then they will pay at the polls in 2010 and 2012!

The fact the 25% still approve of ObaMarx illustrates how utterly CLUELESS many Americans are. The health-crime bill is unforgivable and everyone who voted for it needs to go NOW.
Keep in mind that 98% of black Americans still support this guy and they are about 13% of the population. Add in the congenital, New York City style congenital brain-dead clueless liberal Democrat socialists and about 25% of the population will ALWAYS support a Rat - right now.
The Dems hook here is the fact that Obama is black. Probably a lot of Black Americans are not really attuned to the implications of his policies, but years of being bottom man on the social totem pole drive them to support him.
The GOP could a MUCH better job of making inroads on the Black Community by pushing school choice, and other issues which directly effect black voters. THAT would make a better impression long-term, down the road with other candidates.
If they think it is low now, wait till his only supporter group of youths has to start paying a $750.00 a year fee or buy insurance that they *thought* they would get for “free”
His numbers will go so low that he may be forced out of the white house before his 4 years are up.
I expect that these kids will abandon him fast and unseat everyone who voted for this monstrosity, maybe even start contacting their representatives.
People will be pissed off paying more, getting less and being forced to do something that they don’t want.
Obama may well be a lame duck by 2010.
