If the governor of Nebraska has any national aspiration this could launch him ..... just keep being vocal in opposition to Ben Nelson and get him defeated ASAP !! The dems must pay for this travesty - and it must be overturned if it comes to pass - I'm not holding out much hope for the SCUSA finding it unconstitutional - though surely it is!
I hope Mark Levin's Landmark Legal Foundation is laying the groundwork for the constitutional challenge!
