Now that Harry Reid and the Democratic leadership have secured the 60 votes needed to override any potential move by Republicans to block the measure, Congress is set to force the public into a 2-trillion-dollar healthcare deal that the U.S. cannot afford.
With multi-trillion-dollar deficits and a national debt that stands at 12 trillion (106 trillion when you include unfunded liabilities), the healthcare bill that Obama and his talking mouthpieces in the state-run media refer to as 'historic' will set into motion a truly 'historic' snowball effect that will end in complete bankruptcy and financial and economic ruin.

Well, looks like it is “taxation without representation”. The Comuno-Nazis in Washington have shown their disdain and will not allow an election in 2010. You can bet on that.
What to do?
No more talk, as it is useless. No more demonstrations, as they have proven to be waste of time. No more web sites protesting the Congress, as they are the refuge of scoundrels.
It is time to follow the example of the Founders in Boston and at Concorde.
It is time to shed the shackles of tyranny.
Just speculating here, but what would happen if, come January 1st, all small businesses stopped witholding and remitting employment taxes?

In regards to proposed “Health Care” legislation:
Being intelligent is not a felony, but most societies count it as at least a misdemeanor.
Are we sure we want health care to BE affordable? Health care is a precious commodity, rationed either by price, or by equalitarian schemes, which boil down to somebody, somewhere, putting up the money and the care being dispensed on a limited amount to each person. You have had a succession of sniffles and owees in your knee? No heart transplant for you. You got eyeglasses and counseling because the bullies beat you up in the schoolyard? No dialysis machine for you.
About 95% of all health care starts with the individual. How healthy do you want to be? The rules for sanitation and nutrition are all spelled out, if you only take the trouble to understand and apply them. The best medical care of all is prevention. When you are very small, this is largely left up to the mother or other caretaker of the child, but the personal concern for health is either made known to the maturing individual, or the wellness trickles away, leaving a prematurely aged and decrepit husk of a person.
Some of us, regardless of the personal concern with our health, end up with the short straw in “life’s lottery”, in that we succumb and die for the most trivial of reasons. Even if we eat right, exercise regularly, and keep fit in every way, die anyway.
At a very early age, individuals must make up their minds what is important - to earn enough money so that they may purchase all the health care they ever want or need; or to prepare to obey the strictures of the owner’s manual for the human body, therefore not needing the health care provided by professionals except in very unusual circumstances; or the third alternative, burn through this life fast as you can, in which case, no amount of health care provided by a third party will ever be enough.
What is being offered is a very, very bad plan.

The IRS would make a very swift, public, harsh and brutal example of a few small businesses and terrorize the rest into compliance. That’s what would happen.
This bill is about taking money from those who work for it and who built up this country and giving it to those who don’t work, who didn’t build up this country, but who VOTE DEMOCRAT.
The left is obsessed with transferring funds from the “haves” to the “have nots.”
Everything the left does is just a way of fulfilling their goal.

They would be. But, if they weren’t then certainly the oppressors would have to respond in some way. I’d love to see it happen, but it won’t.
If the GOP was worth anything, they would organize it, encourage it and lead it, but they aren’t worth anything. They’ll hold hands with their ‘friends across the isle’ and march us down the road to serfdom while they recite, “We’ll fight to the last vote, we’ll fight to the last vote...” The Republicans won’t even use harsh language, what fight do they plan?
