here is an unoriginal thought but one that has been on my mind: I’m not sure how much of a blowout we want in 2010 for our side. If it goes too far and the GOP sweeps then the public may not be as eager to have a GOP prez in 2012. Just a thought. All I want is the lying, bragging enemy in the white house outta there. That’s what I live for now. I tuned out in the Clinton years but this is something different all together. One of my biggest fears is that Michelle will run in 2016. We are in the grip of a demagogue. He has to be stopped in 2012.

And I’m no racist for any lefty lurkers here. In fact the only thing I comforted myself with on election night was that at least the color barrier had been broken. Even I, who loathed Obama’s style and snootiness from the start, had no idea what sinister meaning he had intended for the word CHANGE. God literally help us.

I never even cared. The man was completely undeserving of being President and has probably ruined the chances of Blacks being elected President for 200 years. Any Black candidate from now on will draw incredulous gasps and, "Are you kidding? After the last one?" When someone is undeserving of the office, his color is no qualification and of little solace. He is our First Affirmative Action President. I turn it over in my head and can see no reason why he was elected over others. You go down a list of qualifications and there are much better people suited for the job. Then you get to race. He's got everyone beat there if you are going to use Affirmative action standards.
