“If we don’t find the will to tighten up the election process in our great country to stop the outright theft of elections it won’t matter who runs or doesn’t run.”

Therein lies the catch. Acorn and Zero and his other thugs are going to do everything possible to steal the next election. I am afraid the situation will deteriorate to the point of open war. I never thought I would ever in my life make a statement like that and be serious about it.

“In reality, ALL legislators who vote for this are equally responsible, and ALL will be held accountable.”

You know who else is responsible? All those Conservatives who said in the last election cycles, “By cracky, I’m not going to vote Republican so I can show those Congressional Republicans how outraged I am.” You all bear a great deal of responsibility if the health bill is passed. You will have helped destroy our economy—which could lead to so many other bad things. And don’t give me that boojwah that “Well, this will help us get our Republican agenda out in front and we’ll fix this after the Congress turns back Republican.” This bill sets up so many barriers to reversing its effects. And don’t give me Sean’s line about the Conservative Revival 2010. The reality is that it’s either Republican or it’s continued losses. There is not going to be a Conservative third party. So live with what you’ve given us, folks. We’re all going to bear the brunt of your disastrous decision to get Obama and his Democrats elected.

Can the Republicans challenge it in court, block it? It’s got several pieces that are unconstitutional, why can’t we at least file?

They can. They will not. Anybody who actually thought that they wouldn’t get exactly 60, at exactly the date BO wanted it, is living in a dream world.

This has been choreographed and inevitable from the start.

Scratchin my head here. How do they get to sixty without a Republican if Kennedy’s replacement is not on board yet?

Nelson was ALWAYS going to vote for it. The only question has been his price.

ON the liberal side, they will scream and holler - and then vote for it. They want bigger government.

The question for the GOP has always been, “Can we dismantle it before it kicks in?” And since it doesn’t kick in until 2014, the answer is yes...IF we win enough House and Senate seats next year.

This is a warning shot - 2010 and 2012 are CRITICAL.

But we deregulated the gas, electric and phone companies - we can do it again.

Nelson was bought off and will vote YES, after all, he is a DEM, and thug politics trump all. I feel like America is being thrown into a Saddam Hussein tree-chipper machine feet first with the help of dyed-in-the-wool Marxists. (I love mixed metaphors.)

Acorn and Zero and his other thugs are going to do everything possible to steal the next election.

Everything is going according to plan, FRiends. Next stop: Amnesty. Twelve million-plus illegals with a D after their names will most certainly ensure the Marxists reign supreme for the rest of our lifetimes.

This is a warning shot - 2010 and 2012 are CRITICAL.

I believe the Dems know 2010 is in the bag via fraud, ACORN, media cheerleading and perhaps outright cover-up, and other assorted thuggery. I absolutely believe it because there is no other explanation for their utter, willful, in-your-face disregard of public opinion on the HC issue. They know 2010 is not going to mean the end of their reign. All this "will he, won't he" nailbiting and question marks over HC has been a careful choreographed dance for the unwashed masses. As for 2012... hang on, FRiend, amnesty of 12+ million illegals will take care of those pockets where the fraud & stealing won't.

Kennedy has a temporary replacement, who was appointed by the governor of Mass. Paul Kirk will serve until a new senator is elected in the special election in January.

I don’t know a single conservative who didn’t vote Republican in my parts but we did get a historic high GOP vote in the Presidential race in the county. I am always suspicious of people who accuse conservatives of refusing to vote Republican “to teach them a lesson”. That is a fantasy.

I will no longer be a part of the deception. For years, those on the left have identified themselves as “Democrats”. That is a smoke screen, and I will no longer play along. From this point forward, I will only refer to them as “Socialists” and their party as the Socialist Party. If they are going to play the part, they need to claim the name.

“The true meaning of Christmas is that you don’t destroy babies!”

Unless there’s also a nice big package under the tree with my name on it and dollar signs all over it. Then, I say “Kill away.”

Nice going, Ben.

It was never in doubt; like Landrieu, just the price.
