For Obama to be removed, he would have to be impeached in the House, and convicted in the Senate. Since these very same people, operating in their guise as The Electoral College, installed the man, it is very unlikely that they would do so. I assure you that these fellows, Democrat and Republican alike, know the Constitution at least as well as I, and knew that BHO, Jr. did not meet the criteria set forth in Article II of the COTUS. I don't know the man, but I would bet the same thing could be said of the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS, who swore in the impostor ...twice.
The actions at law must continue until we have an ironclad definition of "Natural Born Citizen." Right now, the SCOTUS has pretty well laid out what an NBC is not ... but it is not enough. We must prevent a repeat of this travesty. Above all, Obama must not be allowed to use his usurpation of the office of POTUS as a "precedent."
In the meantime, IMHO, we would be wise to assume that we are stuck with this preposterous de facto POTUS until 2012, and must make sure however many representatives and Senators we are able to elect in 2010, that they limit his executive actions as much as possible until he is out. Should Obama try to run again, they must prevent it.
Sadly, IMHO, we have lived through a successful counter-Constitutional coup engineered by Team Obama and a compliant Congress. To install Obama, they "amended" the Constitution illegally, without using the constitutional process to do so. Perhaps our energies should primarily go toward "damage control," to keep the Republic afloat on an even a keel as possible until Obama is gone.
Yes. This is a constitutional crisis.
