Another outstanding article by LtCol Bob Weimann, USMC Ret regarding Marine Corps Doctrine and the BOI currently in progress for LtCol Jeffrey Chessani. It makes it very plain that LtCol Chessani should be found to have done absolutely nothing wrong in the Haditha incident.
