Manmade CO2 provides about 0.117% of the greenhouse effect, so I beg to differ on the “hell of a lot” part. (Although I would still enjoy the peace and quiet.)

hell of a lot less in the form of relentless whining. As a percentage of THAT whole anyway, it would be significant. And if even one of them took it to heart, that's progress.
